The documentary tells the experience of people who had the courage to try to transform fear into opportunity and utopia into reality. Taking on a journey from the north of Italy, Treviso, to the south, Riace, passing through Bologna and Padova, Where the Clouds Go shows stories of hospitality. The docu-film is about the Italian migrant crisis and these are some of the many extraordinary examples of cohabitation, humanity in motion.
